Ingredients and specifications: coconut flour, ground flaxseed, tomatoes, spinach, tomato sauce, coriander, veggie mozzarella style cheese
With the help of my two boys, I was able to make healthy personal style pizzas that are great tasting and a good healthy alternative to the standard pizzas. A good vegetarian option and if you are gluten conscious it’s the way to go!

I have attached a photo of my favorite pizza creations. I call it The Bruschetta Pizza! It starts with a bit of Tomato Sauce and is topped with Mozzarella, Arugula, Roasted Garlic, Goat Cheese, Sliced Tomatoes and Basil Pesto. Its baked and finished with Shaved Parmesan and a Drizzle of Balsamic Glaze.
The combination was created by me with inspiration coming from Bruschetta, my wife’s favorite appetizer at the local Italian Restaurant.
My dough is made by hand using a sourdough starter. I love using fresh ingredients whenever possible, preferably from my garden.

Our son has a gluten intolerance, so I prepare every meal for him. We prepared this pizza with a homemade, gluten-free crust. Morgan (my son) and I, chopped all the vegetables (black olives, green olives, onions) and added pepperoni.
